The Strike a Chord For Cancer provides much needed equipment and financial support to various organisational beneficiaries. However, we are also very much here to assist individuals and families. We are here to help in any way we can. Whether it be to provide a child with a musical instrument, get them involved in music, record a CD, learn a musical instrument, meet a musical artist…..or perhaps we can assist in a more practical way – air fares, accommodation, transportation. We will consider all reasonable applications for assistance and support.
Before you continue and submit your application for a grant or assistance, please read the important note below:
IMPORTANT NOTE:
* Grants and funding applications are carefully considered and either approved or declined at the sole discretion of the Strike A Chord For Cancer Foundation committe.
* There is no guarantee that a grant or funding will be approved, however every effort is made to assist in some way.
* Grants and funding are considered on their individual merits and many factors are taken into consideration such as urgency, and level of funds available for use by the Foundation.
* Grants and funding provided is typically as a "one off" basis but in certain circumstances some on going funding will be considered.
* If you become a beneficiary, we may ask you for some details and a photo that we can use to help further promote the foundation and spread the word about how we can help others, and publish a brief profile. Beneficiaries have the right to allow or refuse this. Either way, all private and personal information is kept strictly confidential and all beneficiaries and where applicable their parent or legal guardian will be fully consulted before we publish or promote anything relating to the beneficiary.
