How We Can Help You!

The Strike a Chord For Cancer Foundation provides much needed equipment and financial support to various organisational beneficiaries, however, we are also very much here to assist individuals and families on a "grass roots" level.

We are here to help in any way we can. Whether it be to provide a child with a musical instrument, get them involved in music, record a CD, learn a musical instrument, meet a musical artist…..or perhaps we can assist in a more practical way – air fares, accommodation, transportation, living costs. We will consider all reasonable applications for assistance and support.

All applications are carefully considered and granted or declined at the sole discretion of the SACFC Committee.

The first step is to send us your details and a brief outline of what assistance is required, and when.

Therefore, if you wish to apply for funding, or become a beneficiary of the foundation, please complete this form.

We will then contact you as soon as possible to discuss your application further.

Alternatively applications can be made in writing to:
The STRIKE A CHORD FOR CANCER FOUNDATION
84 BREWER ST
PERTH WA 6000

Please provide us with all contact details and a description of your case and what funding or assistance is sought.

If you have any questions about seeking a grant or funding from Strike A Chord, about the form or the process, you can email us.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

* Grants and funding applications are carefully considered and either approved or declined at the sole discretion of the Strike A Chord For Cancer Foundation committe.

* There is no guarantee that a grant or funding will be approved, however every effort is made to assist in some way.

* Grants and funding are considered on their individual merits and many factors are taken into consideration such as urgency, and level of funds available for use by the Foundation.

* Grants and funding provided is typically as a "one off" basis but in certain circumstances some on going funding will be considered.

* If you become a benficiary, we may ask you for some details and a photo that we can use to help further promote the foundation and spread the word about how we can help others. As a beneficiary, you have the right to allow or refuse this. Either way, all private and personal information is kept strictly confidential and all beneficiaries and their families will be fully consulted before we publish or promote anything relating to your case.
